RAD Strategy Model: The K-array's Experience

In this new episode of RAD Talks, Andrea Torelli, K-array's Communications Manager, tells us about K-array's experience with the RAD Strategy Model.

K-array is a company dedicated to providing high-quality audio solutions, but recently faced the challenge of integrating and communicating the diversity of its three brands-K-array, K-gear, and K-scape.

To address this complexity, K-array partnered with WE RAD. Through our RAD Strategy Model, we guided them through a deep exploration of their brands' values and identities. Using analog tools such as posters, post-its, and interactive workshops, we facilitated a thorough and engaging process.

The result was a natural and shared alignment of K-array's goals and core values, improving the consistency of their communication and strengthening their connection with customers.
