WE RAD is much more than a communication agency; it is a complex ecosystem based on values that have stood the test of time.
Today, we are aware of our value, and we have captured it in the Manifesto.

What we are and what we do represent us. — Every time we are part of a project, we are responsible for it in every aspect. — If we make mistakes, we raise our hand. We are honest with ourselves and others; we don't try to cheat anyone because power games don't interest us. — We respect ourselves, others, environments, our belongings, and others' belongings. — Every day we strive to improve; that's why we chose this job: it's an opportunity to always learn something new. — We are aware that achieving great goals requires great discipline. — We acknowledge that the method represents the banks within which the river of our creativity flows, and that every detail counts. — We are able to organize our time well remotely and at home; going to the office is an opportunity for us. — We trust ourselves and the people around us. We are reliable for our colleagues and clients. — If we don't know something, we ask; if we know something that can be helpful, we say it. — We have the desire to make ourselves understood and to understand those in front of us. — We are able to understand the client in their technical and emotional needs, and we know that this requires effort. — We don't give clients what they want but what they need. — If you bring us a problem, we listen, we understand it if you bring us at least 2 solutions. — We know that "Yes" and "No" are important words, so we have learned to use them. — We know who we are. We know what we feel. We know where we are. We know what we are doing. We know that we don't know, so we ask questions. — We don't make mistakes; we learn. — We believe that in life, one should enjoy, and we know that if we do our job well, it will last forever.
