Sustainability means biodiversity for us. Of course we care about the environment, but, even before that, we care about people and their well-being.
Difference & diversity make the difference
For us, sustainability means biodiversity. We care about the environment, but we care just as much about people and their well-being. Biodiversity means safeguarding and respecting all possible differences, or even nurturing them, because we understand that uniting them brings good things. It means personal growth for our employees, who are given space and time for studying and further developing their know-how.
Sustainability, for WE RAD, means being deeply aware of problems and finding shared ways to solve them. Establishing collaborations with non-profit organizations and foundations whose purpose is the common good.
Sustainability means inspiring and implementing creative solutions, as well as supporting research and innovation aimed at facilitating the development of design projects, products and services that tackle the environmental and social crisis. WE RAD believes that sustainability means finding one’s voice and being able to tell in a professional, creative and modern ways about important issues, to the entire community.
Make sense
Being a B Corp imposes rights and duties. These include optimising business processes or becoming more environmentally and socially aware, a commitment we have introduced into all our decision-making processes.
At WE RAD we have chosen to allocate 1% of our annual turnover to meaningful projects, services, actions we believe in that support the well-being of people, animals and the preservation of biodiversity.
Biennale dello scarto
To make a difference in communication, you need to focus on the process and not just the result. Communication is born to be in favor of urgencies and today more than all the urgency is social and cultural.
WE RAD is a partner of the Biennale dello Scarto because in line with the same mission, "to make the difference": this collaboration was our first commitment as a company B Corp.
Crama and sea turtle conservation
Crama is an association in the Asinara National Park that rescues, rescues and monitors sea turtles, as well as promoting environmental education activities. WE RAD donated a video game, along with five thousand brochures and 50 window signs, thus allocating 1% of its 2022 turnover to communication services.
