CiaoGym, when fashion meets sportswear comes a new way of conceiving fitness clothing. A production entirely made in Italy, with reference market the United States and a full digital sales strategy. A concentration of sporty-chic style that gives life to dynamic and versatile athleisure garments.
The WE RAD approach
The development of the new eCommerce site was carried out following the RAD Strategy Model, a participatory model of approach to the project guided by shared objectives. The workflow starts from an extensive analysis of the American market that is developed in a product launch strategy tailored to the reference context, in line with the brand’s style.
Web development in an eCommerce is only a small part of the whole work process. A broader strategic advice, with market research, technical analysis and definition of logistics flows allow to follow the process with a wider vision.

Thanks to a shared approach with the customer, working not only for the brand but with the brand, it was possible to realize a complete and functional eCommerce project.
The study and the collection of preventive data on the catchment area, were fundamental for the identification of the public and the consequent development of a dedicated UX able to respond to the needs of users.
