Iv San Bernard is a Tuscan company that has been working in the pet sector for 25 years, developing specific cosmetic lines for dogs and cats and dealing with grooming and training in Italy and abroad. 

To create the brand's new e-commerce, we took inspiration from the word 'personalisation': a word that constantly resonates in the digital world and that in 2020 - with the outbreak of the pandemic - has accelerated in all contexts. 

My Pets: a dedicated section to bring the whole Pet Family together

Putting the end user at the centre is an important prerogative not only for humans: thus My Pets was born, the private area of the site where your four-legged friend is the 'star' and where important data is kept:

- profile photo

- breed

- coat

- needs

Not only for the individual but for your entire pet family, with the possibility of adding several profiles within the same account. 

The ultimate aim is to allow the system to filter products ad hoc and offer a fully customised sales experience for your faithful friend (with your human help of course!).
